Main Provisions

This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," is concluded between the Internet store, with the address on the Internet exchanger-cms.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Internet Store," and the user of the Internet Store services, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."
The Agreement determines the terms of purchasing the exchange script, hereinafter referred to as the "Product," and its additions (automatic mode, Telegram bot, templates), hereinafter referred to as the "Add-ons," through the Internet Store and the use of its services.
The information on the Internet Store is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without prior notice.

The Internet Store shall not be liable

For any potential financial losses associated with incorrect configuration of the Product and Add-ons.
For technical problems arising from editing the source code of the Product and Add-ons.
For the inability to access the Internet Store in case of extraordinary circumstances, such as technical failures, attacks, or other force majeure situations.

The Buyer has the right

To receive subsequent updates of the Product for free.
To receive indefinite technical support free of charge in case of problems with the operation of the Product and Add-ons.
To place the Product and Add-ons on an unlimited number of domain names, but only for personal use.
To unilaterally refuse to execute this Agreement at any time.

The Buyer is prohibited from

Distributing the Product and Add-ons openly.
Reselling or transferring the Product and Add-ons to third parties.
Using the Product and Add-ons for money laundering or fraudulent schemes.
Using the Internet Store for money laundering or fraudulent schemes.
Using the Internet Store while being a resident or citizen of the following countries: Iran, Yemen, Libya, Venezuela, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Palestine, Russia, North Korea, Cuba.

Refund Policy

After purchasing, the Product and Add-ons are non-refundable.
Funds sent to the Internet Store by the Buyer, the origin of which is suspicious, may be blocked free of charge.
Funds sent to the Internet Store by the Buyer are refundable only if the service was not provided due to the fault of the Internet Store.

The Internet Store undertakes not to transfer the Buyer personal information to third parties without their explicit consent, except as provided by applicable law.

Purchase Conditions

To purchase the Product and Add-ons, the Buyer must register an account in the Internet Store.
Processing of the order by the Internet Store for the purchase of the Product and Add-ons may take up to 24 hours.
After processing the order by the Internet Store, downloading the archive with the files of the Product and Add-ons is available in the Internet Store account.
The Buyer is entitled to a one-time free service for installing the Product and Add-ons.

Rental Conditions

To rent the Product and Add-ons, the Buyer must register an account in the Internet Store.
Processing of the order for renting the Product and Add-ons by the Internet Store may take up to 24 hours.
The rental cost of the Product and Add-ons is specified for a period of 30 calendar days.
The start of the rental period for the Product and Add-ons is considered to be the date and time when the order was processed by the Internet Store.
After 6 months of continuous rental of the Product, automatic purchase occurs.
In case of delay in payment of the rent, the operation of the Product and Add-ons will be stopped.
During the rental period, the Product and Add-ons operate on the Internet Store server, access to which is not provided to the Buyer.
During the rental period, the Product and Add-ons can only operate on one domain name, without the possibility of change.
During the rental period, the Internet Store does not provide protection against DDoS attacks for the Product and Add-ons.

Technical Aspects

The PHP file containing the obfuscated code of the Product can be viewed in a text editor for debugging or auditing purposes.
Some functions of the Product interact with the Internet Store API, which stores part of the functionality and provides license verification.
Interaction with the Internet Store API implies collection and storage of data about the server IP address and the domain name on which the Product operates, as well as processing of Product data, including application and template settings.
The Internet Store reserves the right to change the functionality of the Product in case of cessation of operation.
