5. Using the Online Store while being a resident of the following countries: Iran, Yemen, Libya, Venezuela, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Palestine, Russia, North Korea, Cuba.

2. Buyer’s funds sent to the Online Store that raise suspicion regarding their origin may be blocked without reimbursement.

4. The Buyer is entitled to a one-time free installation service of the Product and Add-ons.

1. To rent the Product and Add-ons, the Buyer must register an account in the Online Store.
2. Order processing for renting the Product and Add-ons may take up to 24 hours.
3. The rental cost of the Product and Add-ons is specified per 30 calendar days.
4. The rental period of the Product and Add-ons begins at the date and time the order is processed by the Online Store.
5. After 6 consecutive months of rental, the Product is automatically purchased.
6. If the rental payment is overdue, the operation of the Product and Add-ons will be suspended.
7. During the rental period, the Product and Add-ons operate on the Online Store's server, access to which is not provided to the Buyer.
8. During the rental period, the Product and Add-ons can only operate on a single domain name without the possibility of change.
9. During the rental period, the Online Store does not provide DDoS protection services for the Product and Add-ons.

1. The PHP file containing the obfuscated Product code may be viewed in a text editor for debugging or audit purposes.
2. Some functions of the Product interact with the Online Store’s API, which hosts part of the functionality and provides license verification.
3. Interaction with the Online Store's API implies the collection and storage of data including the server’s IP address and the domain name where the Product operates, as well as processing of the Product’s data, including application and template settings.
4. The Online Store reserves the right to modify the functionality of the Product in the event of its discontinuation.
