General notification sending settings can be found in the "Application Settings" - "Notification Settings".
To edit notification text, go to the "Template Settings" - "Notifications".
1) Register a new bot using the "@botFather" bot and copy its token (Secret Key).
2) Use the "@userinfobot" bot to find and copy your "ID" (ChatID).
The received data should be entered in the "Application Settings" - "Telegram Notification Settings".
1) Go to the server settings page, in the "Integrations" section - "Create Webhook".
2) Click the "New Webhook" button and create a bot for the desired channel.
3) Click on the created bot, then click the "Copy Webhook URL" button.
The received data should be entered in the "Application Settings" - "Discord Notification Settings".
